These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://tradingbica.com/ (the "Website") and any purchase of automobile spare parts and related products from Trading Bica ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products
We sell new and reconditioned automobile spare parts and components, including engines, gearboxes, brake parts, body parts such as bumpers and mirrors, headlights, seats and dashboards, together with the BICA+ membership described in section 4. Product images are for illustration; the part supplied may differ in appearance from the photo while matching the stated specification.
It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with your vehicle before ordering. We strongly recommend sending us your vehicle make, model, year and VIN (chassis number) so that we can check fitment. Parts ordered without fitment confirmation are supplied at your risk.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT — the price shown is the price you pay, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
- We accept credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe), cash on delivery and bank transfer, and “Pay in 4” instalments through Tabby where offered. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never store them.
- For bank transfers, your order is dispatched after the funds clear in our account.
- Cash on delivery may be limited to certain areas or order values at our discretion.
4. BICA+ membership
BICA+ is a monthly membership sold as a product on the Website. It covers one month from the date of purchase and does not renew automatically; you can renew it by purchasing it again. Benefits are: free vehicle consultation, free car wash, free labour for eligible parts replacement and priority assistance. Parts are always charged separately. Labour and car-wash benefits are subject to service eligibility, appointment availability and our workshop partners’ opening hours, and are provided in Ajman unless we agree otherwise. Membership is personal to the purchaser and one vehicle and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless stated.
5. Promotional offer
Orders whose spare-parts subtotal (including VAT, excluding delivery and membership) reaches the threshold shown on the Website qualify for the promotion advertised there, currently a free car wash and free engine oil. The offer is shown on your order confirmation; we will contact you to arrange it. It applies once per qualifying order, is not exchangeable for cash, and if a qualifying order is cancelled or returned so that the subtotal falls below the threshold, the offer lapses. We may change or withdraw the promotion at any time for future orders.
6. Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order you will receive a full refund.
7. Delivery
- We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the emirate, item size and courier availability. Large items such as engines may require special handling and additional time.
- Please inspect the goods on delivery. Visible damage or a wrong item should be reported to us within 48 hours with photographs.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Warranty
Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, we will pass its terms on to you. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, use in a vehicle the part was not confirmed for, modification, racing or commercial abuse. Labour, towing and consequential costs are not covered unless required by UAE law.
10. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery information so that we can fulfil your order.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this Website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Trading Bica or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle, unless caused by our negligence or fraud. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ajman, without prejudice to your right to approach the Consumer Protection Department of the UAE Ministry of Economy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
